Jalepeño Guacamole


2 avocados

1 small tomato

1/2 bell pepper

1/2 small onion

1 jalepeño




Remove avocado from peel and mash with fork or potato masher.  Dice tomato, bell pepper, and onion; stir into avocado.  Mince jalepeño and stir into guacamole.  Add salt to taste.  Enjoy on tortilla chips, crackers, toast, veggies, sandwiches, and more!

Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan.
