Green Tomato Mango Salsa
1 green tomato
3 sprigs fresh cilantro
crushed red pepper or 1/2 jalepeño
Dice tomato and mango and toss together in a bowl. Mince cilantro and jalepeño (or add crushed red pepper) and toss in. Add salt and honey to taste. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or with quesadillas!
